JPL briefing 30 October 2012, 2:30 pm EDT: Methane on Mars?

Mars Rover Curiosity in Artist's Concept, Close-up

Romour has it that the next  media teleconference on Curiosity’s mission is on Tuesday 30 October at  2:30 p.m. EDT  (11:30 am PDT)  about methane that Curiosity found on Mars. It is a rumour, it might be wrong. But I do believe that next briefing  is worth keeping an eye out for.

< UPDATE: the briefing on 30 October is not about the methane.
Methane found by Curiosity will be discussed in a later briefing, probably next week >

Again the way the announcement is made leads me to believe that this is an audio briefing with powerpoint slides.
Audio and visuals of the event will be streamed live online at:

The powerpoint slides and pictures will be available at the start of the event here

Marc Kaufman, journalist for the Washington Post and for National Geographic wrote an article about Methane and its significance on Mars in our last Mars Exploration Magazine.
