Phoebe Henson is a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer at Honeywell where she leads the development of an advanced life support technology for future human space missions in partnership with NASA Exploration Capabilities. As the project engineer and lead systems engineer for CDRILS (Carbon Dioxide Removal by Ionic Liquid System), Phoebe is responsible for managing customer relationships and communications on the program, developing product requirements, project planning, leading day-to-day product design and development efforts, and ensuring products meet customer schedule and cost objectives. Phoebe was named in the 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 List for her work on CDRILS. She holds 9 patents and 3 provisional patents on life support system technologies and processes.
